About This Policy
ACTRISE ("we", "us", "our") provides AI Product Discovery Visibility consulting services to growth-stage D2C and consumer brands in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights over it.
This policy applies to actrise.in and any inquiry forms, contact details, or communications submitted through this site. By submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website - including our website host, our email inbox provider, and where applicable a scheduling tool - and information you submit may pass through those services as described in Section 3. We do not sell your data.
We have written this policy to be read, not to be endured. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello.actriseai@gmail.com and we will explain it plainly.
What We Collect Through Our Inquiry Form
When you submit an inquiry requesting an AI Product Discovery Consultation, we ask for information that helps us understand your business and respond appropriately. We only collect what is needed to qualify and respond to your request.
We do not use hidden tracking forms, pop-up data traps, or third-party data brokers to supplement what you provide directly. All fields marked optional are genuinely optional - you can submit an inquiry without them.
We may also collect basic analytics data about how visitors use this site (see Section 3 for details on cookies and analytics).
- Full name and work email address - to identify you and reply to your inquiry
- Company name and company website - to verify relevance to our D2C and e-commerce focus
- Your role - such as Founder, Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, or Head of E-commerce
- Product category - for example beauty, personal care, wellness, fashion, jewellery, or home and lifestyle
- A short description of your inquiry - so we can prepare for a relevant conversation
- Phone number or preferred contact method - only if you choose to provide it; this field is optional
- Standard website analytics data - such as pages visited, time on site and general traffic patterns, collected via cookies or analytics scripts (see Section 3)
How Submissions Are Used, Stored and Retained
Information submitted through our inquiry form is used solely to evaluate your request, determine fit with our service, and respond to you about a possible consultation or engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Your inquiry is routed to a monitored email inbox and reviewed by our team. If you book a call using a scheduling tool, your name, email and selected time will be processed by that scheduling service provider. If you proceed to a paid engagement, information you provide may also be used to prepare scoping documents, statements of work, and related service communications.
Third-party service providers: We use a small number of trusted providers to operate this site - including our website hosting provider, our email service provider, and where applicable a scheduling tool such as Calendly. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms for targeting.
Cookies and analytics: This site may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you individually. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.
Storage and security: Data is stored on systems with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). We take steps proportionate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Retention: We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations - typically no longer than three years from last contact unless an ongoing engagement requires longer retention. Where information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
- Used to qualify your inquiry and prepare for a discovery conversation
- Used to maintain records of business communications and, where applicable, service agreements
- Shared only with service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email, scheduling) - never sold or shared for marketing
- Not used to make automated decisions that affect you without human review
- Stored with reasonable security safeguards and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed
